Art to Collect

As the summer holidays draw to a close here in Australia, many of you have managed to have a ‘staycation’ of some sort. Last week we had a fun-filled three days of live painting by David Hinchliffe. His talent, energy, and dialogue never fail to draw the crowds.

Looking forward in 2021, will we get back to doing overseas art fairs, who knows? However, we remain committed and enthusiastic to bringing you fabulous work online while working closely with clients on an individual basis as well as exploring new exciting projects and introducing new artists to you. As always wishing you a lovely weekend…

If you are in Noosa you’ll find us at 6/32 Hastings Street Noosa Heads. Check outTHE G PROJECT 21 for daily opening times.

Art to Collect

Collecting art can be a passion, a whim or indeed an addiction!! We have clients who fit all of these profiles, not to mention ourselves as avid and compulsive collectors. One thing we all have in common is ‘that’ connection with a particular art piece in ‘that’ moment.

Our focus to finding authentic and interesting art for ourselves and our clients is never-ending. We hope you enjoy our art choices this week and remember we are always available to help source new works for you.

This week we also welcome Brisbane artist David Hinchliffe to our space! David will be at the easel doing painting demonstrations on Thursday 21, Friday 22 and Saturday 23 January from 11am – 1pm and 4pm – 6pm at 6/32 Hastings Street Noosa Heads.

Check out THE G PROJECT 21 for daily opening times.

Around the world and within Australia the freedom of movement is an ever-changing event. Flexibility seems to be the key with any arrangements and plans we have!

If you are pondering on art, our website is a sure certainty that you will find something to enjoy.

With flexibility in mind, we are happy to organise and discuss commissions, source particular genres of artworks and sizes that we may not currently stock. Please feel free to reach out to us for any art advice.

Two weeks after being in our new project space, over twelve months since we have exhibited in person and nearly a week into 2021 we realise that we have really missed the face to face contact with art lovers.

We’ve seen some wonderful works head off to new homes in the last few weeks, which has left us feeling enthusiastic and invigorated introducing our artists to a new audience.

However, there are many people still in lockdown around the world and we are thinking of you and know there is a light at the end of the tunnel. At this time we hope you will continue to enjoy the work we introduce to you.

If you are visiting Noosa please drop in at 6/32 Hastings Street and check out THE G PROJECT 21 for daily opening times.

It’s been a year of change, growth, resilience and reinvention for us and many others. In an uncertain and unexpected year, we have found ourselves evolving in ways we had not envisaged.

2020 had pushed us in a different direction and has provided us with time to engage and explore our relationships with clients and artists. We have embraced more innovative dialogues and visual platforms in order to make art buying as personal and tangible as possible without actually being present.

We now feel that there are exciting times ahead and feel optimistic and strong about the future of The Gallery Eumundi in 2021.

Here’s to 2021 bringing new opportunities, health and happiness to you all. We have all done our part and become a little stronger for the experience in a global pandemic. Happy New Year!
